When I mentioned my difficulties with learning thermodynamics, she suggested we study together and helped to summarise the course content. She’s able to break down complex concepts into simple terms that someone without an engineering background can understand. Once, I contacted her while struggling to understand my lecture notes, and she cancelled her plans there and then to help me with my questions.
